We encourage all Conservative supporters who live or work in the Mid Leicestershire Constituency to join our Association.
Anyone can choose to become a member of any Conservative Association, regardless of where they live. Some people choose to join their 'home' Association as well as the Mid Leicestershire Conservative Association.
By joining Mid Leicestershire Conservatives, you also become a member of the Conservative Party. Members can choose to play an active role in the Party and receive important voting rights in Party elections.
As a Party Member, you’ll be able to:
- Decide who represents the Party in local and General elections
- Vote in elections for the Party Leader and in our Association’s AGM
- Attend Party Conferences
In addition, as a member of Mid Leicestershire Conservatives, you will receive:
- A membership card
- Regular email updates
- The opportunity to apply to become a local Council candidate
- Advance notice of our regular social and networking events
- Become a member of your local branch to meet likeminded individuals
- Opportunity to join our Patrons Club with full access to Patron only events,talks with opportunities to meet MPs and influencial speakers
Membership also allows you to socialise and become part of an active community. We host regular events throughout the year, including:
- Curry Nights
- Pint and Politics forum - informal discussion groups held in local pubs, where members can share ideas and help shape future thinking within the Party
- Dinner events with MP's
- Quiz Nights
- 60's music evenings
- Mentoring sessions with experienced Councillors - offering guidance for those who may wish to develop their future political career
- Access to other associations events and much more
Membership provides a welcoming environment to meet new people, get involved locally, and take part in a wide range of activities throughout the year.
We are always keen to hear from members who would like to play a more active role within our Association, helping us continue to grow and develop for the benefit of our wider membership.
The annual subscription is a minimum £41.00 (£4.00 per month) although subscription for serving Armed Forces members is reduced to £27.00 and it is just £12.00 for those who are 30 and under.
Our members' subscription fees are an essential part of our income and the more you choose to give, the more you will help us to get Conservatives elected across Mid Leicestershire. We cannot continue to do this without your support.

You can choose to pay by debit or with credit card, by direct debit, by cheque or by cash.
The quickest way is to pay by credit or with debit card. You can pay online using the payment link here. If you are a member of the Armed Forces, or if you are 30 or under, please join through the Conservative Party's central website so that we can apply the discount to your membership by clicking here.

If you are already a member and are looking to renew your membership, please note that membership renewals are now managed by the Party centrally.
